Terms of service

Gangnam Style AI Dance turns your photos into a short AI-generated "Gangnam Style" trio video in the style of the social media trend. By signing in or buying credits you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

The service is operated by MAKEANY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@gangnamstyleaidance.com.

Only upload a photo if you have the right to use it and everyone in it agreed. You may not upload photos of:

• a child, unless you are their parent or legal guardian;
• celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
• anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in the video.

You also may not use the service to make videos that are sexual, harass or demean someone, or are meant to deceive people into thinking something real happened.

We may refuse a request, remove a video or close an account that breaks these rules, without refunding the credits used.

Each device may make one free, shortened and watermarked preview, subject to network limits and daily availability. Full videos are generated separately from the same photos, so details may differ from the preview. Free previews have no cash value.

Full videos are paid for with credits, which you buy once in packs through Stripe. There is no subscription. Credits don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred.

If a video fails to generate, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits spent on a video that did generate aren't returned, even if you don't like the result.

Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you were charged by mistake, email support@gangnamstyleaidance.com and we'll sort it out.

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our AI image and video providers, only to make your videos. We delete photos and videos 30 days after they're uploaded or made, so download what you want to keep.

You may download your videos and post them on social media for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated wherever the platform asks you to. You're responsible for the videos you post and for having permission from everyone in them.

Full videos come in two versions: one with the trend sound under it and a silent one. The song belongs to its owners, and we grant you no rights to it. Music rules differ from platform to platform, so check them before you post, and use the silent version with the platform's own sound library if you need a licensed sound, for example in an ad or a paid post.

Results are made by an AI model and vary. A video may not look exactly like the people in your photos, and hands, clothes or other details can come out wrong. We can't promise any particular result.

Gangnam Style AI Dance is an independent tool. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by PSY, YG Entertainment, TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut or any music rights holders. Your video is generated by AI and contains no footage or audio from any TikTok video.

We provide the service as is and may change, pause or stop it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after an update means you accept it.
